Service With A Smile For Mr Dickinson
Once in a while it’s a good thing to remind ourselves about the importance of our customer service ethic here at Lightcliffe and how much it underpins the business. As one of our longest serving members of staff Lewis Peacock’s ability to engage with and look after customers has been fine-tuned to perfection and his migration to look after Motability customers was both a natural and inevitable move.
With the process of new car sales becoming ever more complex it’s essential to ensure that customers’ needs are still paramount while maintaining high standards of professional courtesy so it’s also a real shot in the arm when these efforts by the staff working in the business are rewarded by customers themselves and this was demonstrated today during a handover.
Mr Dickinson (pictured above), a long-standing and valued customer came to collect his new Motability car today from Lewis and after the handover asked for a photograph with both Lewis and his new car, which is probably the highest compliment that the customer can pay.
The photograph was duly taken by the writer of this column and Mr Dickinson was only too happy for us to share his experience and publish in our news.
So on behalf of Lewis and all of the staff here, thank you Mr Dickinson for your compliment we will continue to work hard to be worthy of the same!
