New Radio Stars Are Born
As part of the dealerships philosophy to involve itself as much as possible in the community, the relationship between Lightcliffe Skoda and local community radio station Cheshire’s Mix 56 is coming up to one year old now and has already provided many benefits for both parties to promote regional issues.
As part of the agreement Mix56 run regular ads about the dealership across a range of topics with the recent September Sale Event being promoted daily.
Whilst most radio ads hire voice talent in to convey their message it was decided on this occasion to try and communicate more directly with people in the area and instead, use some of the staff members who are already well known to the customers.
Step forward sales manager Liam Kenealy and Sales Executive Lewis Small pictured here during the session to record the ads at Mix 56’s state of the art studios in Lymm.
Mid morning show DJ Ian Roberts ran the session and was full of praise for the two new radio stars. “Considering it was their first time they did an amazing job and are both naturals” he said. “at the end of the day most people would rather hear from someone from the actual business than a paid Voiceover artist – it makes the whole experience much more personal”.
The September sale still has four days to go and even more new offers will be out in the next 24 hours so watch this space!!
