New Teams Line Up At Lightcliffe
One year into the job and general manager Nick has made some significant changes to the way our customers are looked after not least the recent strategic move to appoint both a “used” and “new” sales manager to the business.
Combining his experience and knowledge of the industry along with an enviable pedigree in the motor trade Nick has already seen Kav and Mike make good progress and they are picture hare with their respective teams
The rationale behind his decision was based on several factors, not least the specialized expertise required for each role and he explained this in more detail; “ A new car manager needs to understand how the brand operate with incentives, vehicle features, warranty programs, and factory allocation whereas a used car manager needs to do regular appraisals and valuations, along with recon costs, inventory aging, and auction strategies. From a back-room perspective, we can also get more focused customer service metrics and having two dedicated teams ensures that our sales executives are also well managed and looked after”
Nick then concluded; “Applying these two distinct but complementary skillsets will inevitably lead to consistent inventory management and ultimately a better service for our customers who are front and centre of everything we do at Lightcliffe”.
All the team at Lightcliffe want to wish both Mike and Kav the warmest of welcomes and look forward to helping them settle in to their new roles.
